Correcting the red-eye effect

If the flash fires when you capture a photo of a person in the dark,

a red glow may appear in the eyes. To correct the red-eye effect, select Auto Red-eyeor Fill-in Red.

If the subject is too far from the camera or moves when the first flash fires, red-eyes may not be reduced.

Adjusting the flash intensity

Adjust the flash intensity to avoid overexposure or underexposure. You can adjust it ±2 levels.

To set the flash

 

 

In Shooting mode, press [f] Flash an option

intensity,

 

 

[D] rotate the navigation button or press [C/F].
