Din telefon fryser eller har alvorlige fejl

Installerede programmer kan forårsage fejl. Hvis dette problem opstår skal du slette de senest installerede programmer gennem at du laver en grundlæggende nulstilling på en af følgende måder:

1 Tryk på Start > Indstillinger > Grundlæggende indstillinger tryk på Hukommelsesindstillinger > Ryd hukommelse.

2 Når telefonene er slukketskal du trykke [] og [] ned samtidigt og trykke på låsetasten. Når menuen for grundlæggende nulstilling kommer op trykke du på [] for at genstarte.

Det er ikke kun alle installerede programmer men også alle data som er gemt på din telefon bliver slettet. Alle indstillinger bliver nulstillet til fabriksindstillinger. Det valgte sprog bliver dog ikke ændret.
