c.Puheentunnistus. Jos ohjelmistoon sisältyy puheentunnistuskomponentti (komponentteja), ymmärrät, että puheentunnistus on luonnostaan tilastollinen prosessi ja että tunnistusvirheet ovat luonnollisia tässä prosessissa. Yritys, Microsoft tai näiden toimittajat eivät vastaa mistään puheentunnistusprosessin virheiden aiheuttamista vahingoista.

d.Puhelintoiminto. Jos laiteohjelmistoon sisältyy puhelintoiminto, laiteohjelmiston kaikkia tai jotain osia ei välttämättä pysty käyttämään ilman langattoman tietoliikennetarjoajan ("Matkapuhelinoperaattorin") kanssa tehtyä voimassa olevaa palvelusopimusta tai jos Matkapuhelinoperaattorin verkko ei ole toiminnassa tai määritetty toimimaan laitteen kanssa.

•tehdä ohjelmistosta useampia kopioita kuin tässä sopimuksessa on määritetty
