1.ANVÄNDARRÄTTIGHETER.

Du får använda programvaran på den telefonen med vilken programvaran levererades.

2.TILLÄGG TILL LICENSVILLKOR OCH/ ELLER ANVÄNDARRÄTTIGHETER.

a.Specifik användning. Företaget har konstruerat denna telefon för specifik användning. Du får endast använda programmet till avsedd användning.

b.Licensvillkor för ingående program och tillägg från Microsoft. Med nedanstående undantag gäller dessa villkor alla program från Microsoft som ingår i programvaran. Om licensvillkoren för något av följande program ger dig rättigheter som inte uttryckligen är i konflikt med licensvillkoren i detta avtal har du även de rättigheterna.

i.Detta avtal ger dig inga rättigheter till Windows Mobile Device Center, Microsoft ActiveSync eller Microsoft Outlook 2007 Trial, för vilka särskilda licensavtal gäller.

c.Röstigenkänning. Om programmet innehåller komponenter för röstigenkänning accepterar du att röstigenkänning är en statistisk metod och att igenkänningsfel kan förekomma i processen.
