Váš přístroj přestane reagovat nebo vykazuje kritické chyby

Chyby mohou způsobovat nainstalované aplikace. V takovém případě spusťte Nouzový režim a smažte naposledy nainstalované aplikace. Pro spuštění nouzového režimu stiskněte a podržte [ ] dokud se při spouštění přístroje nezobrazí "Safe mode".

Pokud toto problém nevyřeší, proveďte tvrdý reset jedním z následujících způsobů:

Na úvodní obrazovce otevřete seznam aplikací a vyberte Nastavení → SD karta a telefon → Obnovit tovární data → Resetovat telefon..

Tvrdý reset odstraní všechny nainstalované aplikace a data uložená v přístroji, a zresetuje všechna nastavení zpět na jejich výchozí tovární nastavení. Toto však nezmění nastavení jazyka.
