Creazione dei documenti

Toccate , quindi selezionate un tipo di documento.

Utilizzate la barra degli strumenti di modifica nella parte superiore del touch screen per modificare il documento.

Per completare, toccate l'icona del documento nella parte superiore sinistra della schermata, toccate Salvare, inserite un nome per il file, selezionate una cartella in cui salvarlo, quindi toccate Salvare.

Per salvare un documento come file PDF, toccate l'icona del documento nella parte superiore sinistra della schermata, toccate Esportazione in formato PDF, inserite un nome per il file, quindi toccate Esporta.

In fase di modifica dei documenti, toccate , quindi utilizzate una delle seguenti funzioni:

•Commutare alla modalità Visualizzazinoe.: consente di visualizzare in anteprima il documento.

•Nota diapositiva: consente di modificare i promemoria su diapositive.

•Trova / Sostituisci: consente di cercare o sostituire un testo.

•Impaginazione: consente di modificare l'impaginazione delle pagine.

•Conversione della schermata: consente di applicare animazioni o effetti di transizione alle diapositive.

•Preferenze: consente di modificare le impostazioni della modalità di visualizzazione.

•Leggere tutto: consente di far leggere il documento tramite la funzione Da testo a voce.

•Filtra: consente di visualizzare le celle filtrate in base a criteri specifici.

•Ordina: consente di ordinare le celle in base a criteri specifici.

•Proteggi foglio: consente di bloccare l'accesso al documento in modo da impedire ad altri di modificarlo.

•Congela: consente di non far muovere la riga selezionata.

•Ricalcola: consente di ricalcolare le funzioni contenute nel foglio.

•Captazione dalla schermata: consente di acquisire l'area selezionata.

•Visualizza le informazioni: consente di visualizzare i dettagli del documento.

•Guida: consente di accedere alle informazioni della guida per l'utilizzo di POLARIS Office.
