1.In Menu mode, select Messages and select a contact.
2.Select a text or multimedia message.

To send an email
1.In Menu mode, select Email → an account → Compose.
2.Select Contacts.
3.Select the check boxes next to contacts and select Add.
4.Select the subject field and enter a subject.
5.Select Tap to add text and enter your message text.
6.Select 
→ Attach items and add an item (if necessary).
7.Select Send to send the message.
