Risoluzione dei problemi

Il dispositivo si blocca o presenta errori irreversibili

Se il dispositivo si blocca o non risponde, potrebbe essere necessario chiudere i programmi e riavviare il dispositivo affinché riacquisti funzionalità. Se il dispositivo è bloccato e non risponde, tenete premuto il tasto Accensione o spegnimento per 8-10 secondi. Il dispositivo si riavvia automaticamente.

Se il problema persiste, ripristinate i dati di fabbrica. Nel menu Applicazioni, toccate Impostaz. → Backup e ripristino →Ripristina dati di fabbrica →Ripristina dispositivo →Elimina tutto.

Le chiamate vengono interrotte

Se vi trovate in aree con segnale debole o scarsa ricezione, la connessione alla rete potrebbe cadere. Spostatevi in un'altra area e riprovate.

Impossibile effettuare una chiamata

•Assicuratevi di aver premuto il tasto Componi.

•Accertatevi di avere effettuato l'accesso alla rete cellulare corretta.

•Assicuratevi che non sia impostato il blocco chiamate per il numero composto.

Impossibile ricevere una chiamata

•Assicuratevi che il dispositivo sia acceso.

•Accertatevi di avere effettuato l'accesso alla rete cellulare corretta.

•Assicuratevi che non sia impostato il blocco chiamate per il numero chiamante.

L'interlocutore non riesce a sentire la vostra voce

•Assicuratevi che il microfono integrato non sia ostruito.

•Assicuratevi che il microfono sia vicino alla bocca.

•Se utilizzate un auricolare, assicuratevi che sia connesso correttamente.
