Hvis du låser SIM- eller USIM-kortet ved å angi feil PUK-kode, må du ta med kortet til mobiloperatøren din for å få det låst opp.

Når noen setter inn et nytt SIM- eller USIM-kort i enheten, vil funksjonen Finn min mobil automatisk sende kontaktnummeret til bestemte mottakere for å hjelpe deg med å finne og få tilbake enheten.

Du må ha en Samsung-konto for å kunne spore og kontrollere enheten eksternt fra Internett.
