Použití systému RDS (Radio Data System) pro příjem stanic FM

Systém RDS umožňuje stanicím FM vysílat spolu s jejich obvyklým programovým signálem i doplňkové informace. Stanice mohou vysílat například názvy stanic nebo informace o typu vysílaného programu, například sport nebo hudbu, a pod.

Popis funkce RDS

•PTY (Program Type) (Typ programu): Zobrazí typ právě vysílaného programu.

•PS NAME (Program Service Name) (Název služby programu): Označuje název vysílané stanice a skládá se z 8 znaků.

•RT (Radio Text) (Rádiový text): Dekóduje text, který vysílá stanice (vysílá-li) a skládá se maximálně ze 64 znaků.

•CT (Clock Time) (Hodinový čas): Dekóduje hodiny v reálném čase z frekvence FM.

•TA (Traffic Announcement) (Dopravní hlášení): Zpráva “TA ON” oznamuje, že probíhá oznámení o dopravní situaci.

MM`` RDS nemusí fungovat správně, nevysílá-li naladěná stanice signál RDS správně nebo je-li intenzita signálu nízká.

`` Některé stanice nemusí vysílat informace PTY, RT nebo CT, proto se tyto nemusí vždy zobrazovat.

Zobrazení signálů RDS

Signály RDS odesílané stanicí můžete vidět na displeji.

Při poslechu stanice FM stiskněte tlačítko RDS

DISPLAY.

`` Při každém stisknutí tlačítka se displej změní a zobrazí následující informace:

PS NAME ; RT ; CT ; Frekvence

•PS (Program Service (Služba programu)): Během vyhledávaní se objeví „PS“ a pak se zobrazí název stanice. Není-li signál vysílán, objeví se „NO PS“.

•RT(RadioText (Rádiový text)): Během vyhledávání se objeví „RT“ a pak se zobrazí textové zprávy vysílané stanicí. Není-li signál vysílán, objeví se „NO RT“.

•Frekvence: Frekvence stanice (není služba RDS).

O znacích zobrazovaných na displeji

Zobrazí-li se na displeji indikace funkcí PS nebo RT, lze použít následující znaky.

•Okénko displeje nerozeznává malá a velká písmena abecedy a vždy používá velká písmena.

•Okénko displeje nezobrazuje písmena s diakritikou, například „A“ může znamenat písmena „A“ s diakritikou jako „À, Â, Ä, Á, Ĺ a Ă.“
