Nõuded enne Samsungi klienditeeninduskeskusega kontakteerumist

Enne Samsungi klienditeeninduskeskusse helistamist testige toodet järgmiselt. Probleemi püsimisel pöörduge Samsungi klienditeeninduskeskuse poole.

Eraldusvõime ja sageduse kontrollimine

Režiimi puhul, mis ületab toetatud eraldusvõimet (vt jaotist „Standardsete signaalirežiimide tabel”), kuvatakse lühidalt teade „Not Optimum Mode”.

Kontrollige järgmist.

Toote testimine

Kontrollige, kas toode töötab normaalselt, kasutades toote testfunktsiooni.

Kui ekraan lülitub välja ja toiteindikaator vilgub vaatamata sellele, et seade on korralikult lauaarvutiga ühendatud, viige läbi enesediagnoosi test.

1.Lülitage välja nii arvuti kui ka toode.

2.Eraldage kaabel seadme küljest.

3.Toote sisselülitamine.

4.Kui kuvatakse teade Check Signal Cable, töötab seade normaalselt.

Kui ekraan jääb tühjaks, kontrollige arvutisüsteemi, videokontrollerit ja kaablit.
