1Podržani formati USB diska su FAT, FAT32 i NTFS.

2Na modelu CHG70 sve datoteke za nadogradnju moraju biti u formatu BIN, pratiti pravilo imenovanja modela CHG70 (m-HG7**CCAA-****.*[4 digits].bin, gdje je ** veličina zaslona u inčima, ****.* broj verzije, a 4 znamenke su kontrolni zbroj. Primjerice, „m-HG732CCAA-1000.0[6E80].bin“ u skladu je s pravilom imenovanja za model CHG70 32" i mora se kopirati u korijenski direktorij.
