Brug produktet i følgende korrekte kropsstilling:

•• Der skal være en afstand på 45-50 cm mellem øjnene og skærmen, og du skal kigge lidt nedad mod skærmen.

•• Hold øjnene direkte foran skærmen.

•• Ret ryggen.

•• Justér vinklen, så der ikke spejles lys på skærmen.

•• Hold underarmene vinkelrette på overarmene og i niveau med håndryggen.

•• Hold albuerne i omtrent en ret vinkel.

•• Justér højden på produktet, så du kan holde knæene bøjet i 90 grader eller mere, så hælene rører gulvet og armene er placeret lavere end hjertet.

•• Lav øjenøvelser, eller blink ofte for at afhjælpe øjentræthed.
