Hvis du mister klientpassordet, kan du klikke på knappen Reset for å be om en responskode fra klientleverandøren. Kontrollkoden sendes til leverandøren. Leverandøren kontrollerer forespørselen, og sender en responskode tilbake hvis dette autoriseres av Teradici.

Når responskoden er riktig angitt, tilbakestilles klientpassordet til en tom verdi. Du må da angi et nytt passord.
