WHEN I LOOK AT THE EXTERIOR EDGES OF THE PRODUCT, I SEE SMALL DISTORTIONS.
To protect the screen, the black edges of this product are coated with a transparent material that softens the colors at the screen's edges. This material can sometimes cause small distortions in the picture at the edges of the screen. This is not a defect in the product.
I HEAR A “BEEP, BEEP” SOUND WHEN BOOTING THE COMPUTER.
If you hear three or more beeps in succession when booting up the computer, your computer requires service.
