Installationsforhold (Pc-tilstand)

Skærmen bliver ved med at tænde og slukke.

Kontroller kabelforbindelsen mellem produktet og pc'en, og sørg for, at tilslutningen er sikker.

Der er tomme områder ved alle fire skærmkanter, når et HDMI- eller HDMI-DVI-kabel sluttes til produktet og computeren.

De tomme områder, der er på skærmen, har intet med produktet at gøre.

Tomme områder på skærmen skyldes pc'en eller grafikkortet. For at løse problemet: Juster skærmstørrelsen i grafikkortets HDMI- eller DVI-indstillinger.

Hvis menuen til indstilling af grafikkortet ikke har nogen mulighed for at justere skærmstørrelsen, skal du opdatere grafikkortdriveren til den nyeste version.
