Jei Auto Source Switching yra nustatytas kaip On, savaime bus ieškoma aktyvaus vaizdo signalų šaltinio. Jei esamas vaizdo signalų įvesties šaltinis neatpažįstamas, įjungiama parinktis Primary Source.

Jeigu pirminis vaizdo signalų šaltinis yra neprieinamas, įjungiama parinktis Secondary Source.

Jei ir pagrindinis, ir papildomas įvesties šaltiniai neatpažįstami, ekranas atliks dvi aktyvaus šaltinio paieškas, kiekviena paieška patikrins pagrindinį ir papildomą šaltinį. Jei abi paieškos bus nesėkmingos, ekranas grįš į pirmąjį vaizdo šaltinį ir parodys pranešimą, kad signalo nerasta.
