3.Angi en mus for datamaskinen.

4.Det neste skjermbildet er for å velge et tastatur.

5.Angi et tastatur for datamaskinen.

6.Det neste skjermbildet er for å angi skjermen.

7.Først angir du en horisontal frekvens for skjermen. (Du kan angi frekvensen direkte.)

8.Angi en vertikal frekvens for skjermen. (Du kan angi frekvensen direkte.)

9.Angi modellnavnet til skjermen. Denne informasjonen påvirker ikke den faktisk utførelsen av X- Window.

10.Du er ferdig med oppsettet av skjermen. Kjør X-Window når du har angitt annen nødvendig maskinvare.

MDC (Multiple Display Control)

Installasjon

1.Sett CDen med installasjonsprogrammet inn i CD-ROM-stasjonen.

2.Klikk på installasjonsprogrammet MDC Unified.

Merknad

•Hvis et programvareinstallasjonsvindu ikke vises på hovedskjermen, installerer du med MDC Unified-utføringsfilen i MDC-mappen på CD-en.

3.Klikk på "Next" i installasjonsveiviserskjermen som vises.

4.Når vinduet "License Agreement" vises, velger du "I accept the terms in the license agreement" og klikker på "Next".

5.I vinduet "Customer Information" som vises, fyller du ut alle informasjonsfeltene og klikker på "Next".

6.I vinduet "Destination Folder" som vises velger du katalogbanen du ønsker å installere program- met i og klikker på "Next".

Merknad

•Hvis katalogbanen ikke er spesifisert, installeres programmet i standard katalogbane.

7.I vinduet "Ready to Install the Program" som vises kontrollerer du katalogbanen som programmet skal installeres i og klikker på "Install".

8.Installasjonsfremdriften vises.

9.Klikk på "Finish" i vinduet "InstallShield Wizard Complete" som vises.

10.MDC Unified-snarveisikonet opprettes på skrivebordet etter installasjon.

Merknad

•MDC-utføringsikonet vises kanskje ikke avhengig av PC-systemet eller produktspesifikas- jonene.

•Trykk på F5 hvis utføringsikonet ikke vises.
