Разширен филтър за записване

Enhanced Write Filter (EWF) (Разширен филтър за записване) защитава флаш паметта от достъп за записване, а оттам и запазва и издръжливостта на флаш устройството. EWF осигурява достъп за четене и записване посредством кеша към клиента вместо да позволява директен достъп до флаш паметта.

Запаметените в кеша данни са ефективни само докато клиентът работи. Кешираните данни ще се загубят при рестартиране или изключване на вашия клиент. Затова, за да се запаметят данните, записани в регистъра, папки с предпочитани, "бисквитки" и др., запаметеното в кеша съдържание трябва да се прехвърли във флаш паметта.
