Les anciens modèles ne sont pas pris en charge. Il est donc important de vérifier la compatibilité du moniteur avant tout achat.

Une erreur se produit en l'absence de toute information sur EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) pour le présent moniteur. L'erreur survient lorsque, depuis le bureau, vous sélectionnez Démarrer > Paramètres > Panneau de configuration > Système > Matériel > Gestionnaire de périphériques > Moniteur, lorsque le "Moniteur Plug and Play" actuel est supprimé et que le nouveau matériel est recherché sans que le système ne parvienne à trouver un "Moniteur Plug and Play".

Une erreur survient si vous remplacez le moniteur par un nouveau alors que le système est hors tension et qu'il n'a pas été redémarré.

Chaque fois que vous remplacez le moniteur, redémarrez le système avant d'utiliser MagicTune™.

Une erreur survient lorsque le pilote de la carte vidéo n'a pas été correctement installé.

Cela se produit lorsque la liste de cartes vidéo actuelle ne s'affiche pas normalement. Vous pouvez vérifier via Démarrer > Paramètres

>Système > Matériel > Gestionnaire de périphériques > Carte graphique.

Rendez-vous sur la page d'accueil du fabricant de la carte vidéo et téléchargez le pilote le plus récent.

Pour de plus amples informations sur la carte vidéo, contactez le fabricant.

Pour assurer un fonctionnement normal, redémarrez votre système.

Une erreur survient lorsque le système n'a pas redémarré après l'installation de MagicTune™.

Si vous ne sélectionnez pas la résolution optimale et n'effectuez pas l'Etalonnage Color, le moniteur ne peut être paramétré pour des conditions optimales.
