Hot key (Горещ клавиш) : : Горещият клавиш е настроен по подразбиране и може да се променя от потребителя.

Той може да се програмира от потребителя директно от клавиатурата, като ще смени съществуващия горещ клавиш. Преди да се обадите за техническа поддръжка

zСофтуерът MagicRotation работи с инсталирания драйвер за дисплея, предлаган от производителя на графичната карта, за да предостави възможности за завъртане на екрана. Ако инсталираният драйвер за дисплея работи неправилно или в него има грешки, то тези грешки ще се проявяват и след инсталирането на софтуера MagicRotation.

Всякакво неправилно и случайно поведение, което е резултат на проблеми на инсталирания драйвер за дисплея, не се дължи на софтуера MagicRotation.

·За да се уверите дали съществува проблем в инсталирания драйвер за дисплея, може да изпълните следните диагностични стъпки:

1.Проверете дали проблемът възниква както при ориентация 0 (пейзажен режим), така и при ориентация 90 (портретен режим).

2.Проверете дали проблемът възниква при различни дълбочини на цвета (8/16/32 бита за пиксел) и различни режими на разделителна способност (800 x 600, 1024 x 768).

3.Проверете дали проблемът не възниква и без софтуерът MagicRotation да е инсталиран.
