•Rankas laikykite statmenai šonams, jos turi būti viename lygyje su plaštakų išorinė puse.

•Alkūnės turi būti sulenktos 90 kampu.

•Keliai turi būti sulenkti didesniu nei 90 laipsnių kampu, kulnai gerai prispausti prie žemės. Rankos turi būti že- miau nei širdis.
