•Pidä selkäsi suorana.

•Pidä silmäsi n. 45–50 cm etäisyydellä näytöstä. Aseta näyttö itseäsi kohti ja katso siihen yläsuunnasta.

•Säädä näytön kulma siten, että valo ei heijastu näytöstä.

•Pidä kyynärpääsi oikeassa kulmassa ja käsivartesi suorassa kulmassa.

•Pidä kyynärpääsi oikeassa kulmassa.

•Pidä kantapääsi suorassa lattialla, polvesi vähintään 90 asteen kulmassa ja käsivartesi rinnan alapuolella.
