Problem s uključivanjem

Prije uključivanja proizvoda pronađite plavi indikator na donjem desnom dijelu

 

proizvoda. Pritisnite gumb uključivanje/isključivanje na proizvodu ili daljinskom

 

upravljaču, nakon čega bi indikator trebao zatreperiti oko 5 puta prije nego što se

 

proizvod uključi.

 

Ako imate problema s uključivanjem proizvoda tvrtke Samsung, prije obraćanja

 

servisno centru trebali bi provjeriti nekoliko stvari.

 

•• Ako proizvod koristite kao monitor, a indikator stanja pripravnosti zatreperi samo

 

na nekoliko sekundi kada pritisnete gumb uključivanje/isključivanje, računalo je u

 

stanju mirovanja. Kako biste aktivirali računalo iz stanja mirovanja, pritisnite tipku

 

na tipkovnici ili pomaknite miš. Zatim ponovno pokušajte uključiti proizvod.

 

Ako ste sigurni da kabel za napajanje, daljinski upravljač i računalo pravilno rade,

 

možda je problem u kabelima. Ako koristite kabelski ili satelitski uređaj, može se

 

učiniti da je proizvod isključen jer kabelski ili satelitski uređaj ne šalje signal. Kako biste

 

testirali izlazni signal kabelskog ili satelitskog uređaja, pritisnite gumb za informacije ili

 

vodič na daljinskom upravljaču kabelskog ili satelitskog uređaja. Ako zaslon prikaže

 

vodič ili informacije, problem je uzrokovao uređaj.

Ne može se pronaći kanal

Ponovo pokrenite Postavljanje (prijeđite na Izbornik → Sustav → Postavljanje) ili

 

pokrenite Automatsko podešavanje. (Prijeđite na Izbornik → Emitiranje → Automatsko

 

podešavanje.)
