Problemer med tænding

Før du tænder for produktet, skal du finde det blå lys nederst til højre på produktet.

 

Tryk på Tænd/sluk-knappen på produktet eller fjernbetjeningen, hvorefter

 

indikatoren blinker ca. 5 gange, inden produktet tændes.

 

Hvis du mener, at der er problemer med at tænde for dit Samsung-produkt, er der en

 

række ting, du kan undersøge, inden du ringer til serviceafdelingen.

 

●● Hvis du bruger produktet som en computerskærm, og standbyindikatoren

 

kun blinker et par sekunder, når du trykker på Tænd/sluk-knappen, er din PC

 

i dvaletilstand. Tryk på en tast på tastaturet, eller bevæg musen for at vække

 

PC'en. Prøv derefter at tænde for produktet.

 

Hvis du er sikker på, at strømkablet, fjernbetjeningen og PC'en fungerer korrekt, har

 

du måske et kabelproblem. Hvis du har en kabel- eller satellitboks, synes dit produkt

 

muligvis at være slukket, fordi kabel- eller satellitboksen ikke udsender et signal. For

 

at afprøve signaloutputtet fra din kabel- eller satellitboks kan du trykke på Guide-

 

eller Info-knappen på kabel- eller satellitboksens fjernbetjening. Hvis skærmen viser

 

Guide- eller Info-data, er boksen skyld i problemet.

Kør Indstillinger igen (gå til MENU → System → Indstillinger), eller kør Automatisk

 

søgning. (Gå til MENU → Udsendelse → Automatisk søgning).
