Vérifiez l'état Internet et du réseau.

•• La connexion au réseau sans fil a échoué.

Aucun routeur sans fil sélectionné. Accédez à la fonction Paramètres réseau pour sélectionner votre routeur.

•• Impossible de se connecter au routeur sans fil.

Essayez la solution suivante : vérifiez si le routeur est activé. Si cela est le cas, essayez de le désactiver, puis de l'activer de nouveau. Vérifiez si vous devez entrer une clé de sécurité pour utiliser le routeur.

•• Échec de la configuration automatique de l'adresse IP.

Tentez l'opération suivante pour définir automatiquement votre adresse IP ou définissez-la manuellement en sélectionnant « Param. IP ».

1) Vérifiez que la prise en charge du serveur DHCP est activée sur le routeur.

2)Débranchez puis rebranchez le routeur.

3)Pour plus d'informations, contactez votre fournisseur d'accès Internet.
