Mit dieser Einstellung können Sie selbst auf einem Fernsehgerät mit Bildformat 4:3 eine DVD im Breitbildformat 16:9 ansehen. Am oberen und unteren Bildschirmrand ist dann jeweils ein schwarzer Balken zu sehen.

Video Ausgangssignal

Verschiedene Länder verwenden verschiedene TV-Standards.

Es kann zwischen NTSC und PAL ausgewählt werden.

•NTSC : Sie können das NTSC-Videoformat einstellen.

•PAL : Sie können das PAL-Videoformat einstellen.

✎HINWEIS

Im Abhängigkeit vom Typ Ihres Fernsehgeräts (NTSC oder PAL) kann das auf dem Bildschirm angezeigte Bild unterschiedlich sein.

DRC (Dynamic Range Compression)

Mit dieser Funktion wird der Bereich zwischen größter und kleinster Lautstärke geregelt. Mithilfe dieser Funktion kommen Sie auch dann in den Genuss von Dolby Digital Sound, wenn Sie sich spät abends Filme mit niedriger Lautstärke ansehen.

Selbst wenn Sie ein Fernsehgerät mit Bildformat 4:3 verwenden, können Sie mit dieser Einstellung eine DVD im Breitbildformat 16:9 ansehen. Die schwarzen Bildschirmleisten oben und unten fallen weg (dabei wird der äußere rechte und linke Rand abgeschnitten).

•16:9 Breit

Mit dieser Einstellung können Sie das volle Breitbildformat 16:9 auf einem Breitbildfernsehgerät sehen.

✎HINWEIS

Wenn eine DVD 4:3-Format aufweist, können Sie die DVD nicht im Breitbildformat anschauen.

Da DVDs mit verschiedenen Bildformaten aufgenommen werden, unterscheidet sich die Wiedergabe je nach Software, Fernsehgerät und Bildseitenformat.

•Sie können entweder Aus, 2/8, 4/8, 6/8, Voll auswählen.

AUDIO-SYNC

In Verbindung mit einem Digitalfernseher stimmt die Ton-Bild-Synchronisation möglicherweise nicht. Passen Sie in diesem Fall die Audio- Verzögerungszeit mit dem Video an.
