1 Installare la batteria e collegare l’adattatore CA. Per maggiori informazioni, consultare la Guida introduttiva.

2 Sollevare il pannello LCD.

3 Premere il tasto di accensione per accendere il computer.

■Se si preme e si rilascia il tasto di accensione quando il computer è acceso, il computer entra in modalità Sleep.

■Se il computer è alimentato a batteria, la luminosità dello schermo LCD diminuisce automaticamente per ridurre il consumo di energia.

Per aumentare la luminosità dell’LCD, premere il tasto Fn+ (). p. 43

■Quando si accende il computer per la prima volta, viene visualizzata la finestra di registrazione di Windows. Prima di utilizzare il computer è necessario registrare le informazioni relative all’utenza.

Spegnimento del computer

1 Fare clic sul tasto Start () sulla barra delle applicazioni.

2 Fare clic su (), quindi su Arresta il sistema. Il computer si spegne.

Prima di utilizzare il tasto di alimentazione

Poiché l’icona di alimentazione è impostata sulla modalità di risparmio energia, selezionando Start >

Tasto di alimentazione ( ), il computer entrerà in modalità Sleep.

Per spegnere il computer facendo clic su questa icona, consultare le descrizioni relative alla configurazione del tasto di accensione del menu Start del pannello di controllo. p. 81

Se il sistema non si spegne a causa di un errore di sistema, è possibile forzare lo spegnimento tenendo premuto il tasto di accensione per più di 4 secondi.

Tuttavia, l’uso di questo metodo per spegnere il computer potrebbe causare problemi al sistema. Per questo, quando si riavvia il computer viene generalmente avviato il programma di controllo del disco per rilevare e correggere ogni eventuale errore del disco.
