Varotoimenpiteet

￿ Jos laite kytketään pois verkkovirrasta, ennen sen uudelleen kytkentää tulee odottaa ainakin viisi minuuttia, jotta kompressori ei vaurioituisi.

HUOMIO: Jos joustava virtajohto on vaurioitunut, se tulee korjata erityisillä työkaluilla. Täten se on vaihdettava valmistajan ilmoittamassa korjausliikkeessä.

￿ Älä käytä jääkaapin lähellä syttyviä aerosoleja, kuten sumutettavaa maalia tai lakkoja. Tällöin on olemassa räjähdysvaara.

￿ Älä anna lasten roikkua ovissa tai kiivetä jääkaappia pitkin, sillä se voi vaurioittaa jääkaappia ja vahingoittaa lapsia.

￿ Älä säilytä laitteessa syövyttäviä, syttyviä ja räjähdysalttiita voimakkaita happoja tai alkaliaineita, kuten butaania, eetteriä, vihtrilliä, bentseeniä ja alkoholia. Pakastimessa ei myöskään saa säilyttää nestemäisiä pulloja; ne voivat muutoin rikkoutua.

￿• Älä säilytä jääkaapissa lääketuotteita, tieteellisiä materiaaleja tai lämpötilaherkkiä tuotteita. - Tuotteita, jotka vaativat tarkkoja lämpötila-arvoja, ei saa säilyttää jääkaapissa.

￿ Jos jääkaappi ei toimi normaalisti tai se on vaurioitunut, älä jatka sen käyttämistä. Irrota virtajohto ja ota välittömästi yhteyttä paikalliseen huoltopalveluun. Jos virtajohto on vaurioitunut, onnettomuuksien välttämiseksi se on vaihdetettava valmistajan huoltoteknikolla tai pätevällä henkilöstöllä.

￿ Älä räiskytä vettä jääkaapin päälle tai sen takaosaan, jotta laitteen eristys ei heikkene.

￿ Jos jääkaappi halutaan hävittää, poista ensin ovien tiivisteet.

￿ Kun laite hävitetään, se tulee antaa ammattitaitoisen henkilöstön käsittelyyn eikä sitä saa hävittää sekajätteenä; se voi muutoin aiheuttaa vaaroja tai muita haittoja ympäristölle.
