Pakk maten i porsjoner som passer for din husholdning.

Grø nnsak- og fruktpakker bø r ikke være over 1 kg, mens kjø ttporsjoner kan være opp til 2,5 kilo. Mindre porsjoner gjennomfryses raskere og kvaliteten tas derved bedre vare pa` til maten skal tines og brukes. Gummistrikk, plastklips, hyssing, frysetape e.l. Polyetylenfilm og poser kan varmeforsegles ved hjelp av et spesielt varmejern eller presse.

Før den legges i fryseren, bør hver pakke få en merkelapp med tydelig påskrift om innhold og frysedato.
