METODER TIL LAGRING AF FØDEVARER I KØLESKAB OG FRYSER

Når der lægges fødevarer i skabet, skal følgende

A. Køleskabsdelen

overholdes:

•Man må ikke lægge varme fø de- og drikkevarer i skabet, fø r de er kø let ned til stuetemperatur.

•Man skal sikre sig, at alle fø devarer er

velemballerede, inden de lægges i skabet, så de bevarer deres friskhed. Sker dette ikke udtø rres fø devarerne, mister farve samt taber smag og lugt. Det vil også forhindre, at fø devarerne smagsmæssigt påvirker hinanden eller kommer til at lugte og smage af kø leskab. Grø ntsager, frugt og salat behø ver man ikke at pakke ind, da disse fø devarer opbevares i grø ntsagsrummene i kø leskabet.

• Man må aldrig lade olie eller fedt komme i kontakt med skabets plastdele eller tætningslister, da disse materialer let bliver porø se.

• Man må aldrig opbevare eksplosive emner eller væsker inde i apparatet. Kø kkensprit o.l. skal opbevares stående i tætsluttende beholdere.

•Bevar venligst en afstand på 10 mm mellem hylden og den bagerste væg, i kabinettets rumlige omfang, til luftcirkulation.

Gennemsigtig hylde

• Opbevár middagsretter i lågbeholdere og andre fø devarer i kortere perioder.

• Hylden er fremstillet af materiale, som er sikkert (dvs. ikke kan knuses eller knække).

Frugtboksen

• Opbevár frugt og grø ntsager i dette rum.

• Oppgitt volum i kjø ledelen av kombiskapet er kalkulert uten at skuffer er montert.

Dørbakker (flere)

• Kan anvendes til at opbevare fø devarer i små emballager som f.eks. yoghurt og drikkevarer.

Flaskebakke

• Øverst til opbevaring af ø l, 1l mælkekartoner, juicekartoner. Nederst til opbevaring af vandflasker og andre flasker på 1- 1,5 l.
