PREPARACIóN DEL FRIGORÍFICO

Ahora que ha instalado su nuevo frigorífico está listo para ponerlo en marcha y disfrutar de las nuevas funciones y características del aparato.

Cuando haya realizado los pasos siguientes, su frigorífico estará listo para funcionar.

Si hay algún problema, compruebe en primer lugar la alimentación eléctrica o consulte la sección de solución de problemas al final de este manual. Si tiene alguna duda, póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico de Samsung Electronics.

1.Sitúe el frigorífico en un lugar adecuado dejando un espacio razonable entre la pared y el aparato Consulte las instrucciones de instalación en este mismo manual). (Ver página 11)

2.Si el frigorífico está enchufado, la luz interior debe encenderse al abrir las puertas.

3.Ajuste el control a la temperatura más baja y espere durante una hora.

El frigorífico deberá empezar a enfriarse y el motor funcionará suavemente.

4.Después de conectar el frigorífico, éste tarda unas horas en alcanzar la temperatura adecuada. Cuando el frigorífico alcance una temperatura suficientemente baja, podrá almacenar alimentos y bebidas en él.

Consejos para el ahorro de energía

−Instale el aparato en un lugar frío, seco y con buena ventilación.

Compruebe que no está expuesto a la luz solar directa y no lo coloque nunca cerca de una fuente de calor (radiador, por ejemplo).

−No bloquee nunca los orificios o rejillas de ventilación del aparato.

−Permita que los alimentos calientes se enfríen antes de colocarlos en el aparato.

−Ponga los alimentos congelados en el frigorífico para que se descongelen.

Puede usar las bajas temperaturas de los productos congelados para enfriar los alimentos del frigorífic.

−No mantenga la puerta del aparato abierta por demasiado tiempo al introducir o sacar alimentos. Cuanto menor sea el tiempo que la puerta está abierta menos escarcha se forma en el congelador.

−Limpie la parte posterior del refrigerador regularmente. El polvo aumenta el consumo de energía.

−No configure una temperatura más baja de lo necesario.

−Asegúrese de que haya una salida de aire suficientemente amplia en la base y la parte posterior del refrigerador. No tape las aperturas de ventilación.

−Cuando instale el refrigerador deje espacio suficiente a la derecha, a la izquierda, por arriba y por abajo. Esto ayudará a reducir tanto el consumo de energía como las facturas de la electricidad.
