4.显示适配器驱动程序

显示适配器是指计算机视频卡驱动程序。如果适配器设置不当，则无法调整分辨率、频率和颜色，且 无法安装显示器驱动程序。

1.检查适配器驱动程序

点击开始 ->设置 ->控制面板 ->显示 ->设置 ->高级 ->适配器。

如果指示"默认"和错误产品型号，则意味着适配器驱动程序安装不正确。依照计算机和视频卡制造商 所提供的信息，重新安装适配器驱动程序。

2.安装适配器驱动程序

下面所列说明适用于一般情况。对于具体事宜，请与有关的计算机和视频卡制造商联系。

1)点击开始 ->设置 ->控制面板 ->显示 ->设置 ->高级 ->适配器 ->更新驱动程序 ->下一步 ->列出已知设备驱动程序的列表，从中选择特定驱动程序 ->下一步 ->从磁盘安装（插入视频 卡驱动程序软盘）->确定 ->下一步 ->下一步 ->完成。

2)如果适配器驱动程序设置文件在您的计算机上：运行适配器驱动程序设置文件中的 Setup.exe 或 Install.exe。

5.维护和清洁

1.维护显示器外壳断开电源线后，用一块软布进行清洁。

z不要使用苯、稀释剂或其他可燃物质，也不要用湿布。

z我们建议使用三星清洁剂，以防损伤屏幕。

2.维护平板显示屏用一块软布（绵质法兰绒）柔顺地进行清洁。

z切勿使用丙酮、苯和稀释剂。（这些物质可能会导致屏幕表面出 现缺陷和发生变形。）

6.症状和建议操作

显示器重新生成从 PC 收到的视像信号。因此，如果 PC 或视频卡有故障，可能会造成显示器黑屏， 颜色不良，噪声，不支持的视频模式，等等。这样的话，请首先检查问题源，然后联系然后联系维修 中心或您的经销商.
