Chain Dialing
When using a special computer service, such as alternate long distance or bank-by-
phone, you must dial the telephone number of the service and wait for the computer to
answer before continuing. The length of time before the computer answers can vary, so
using a pre-programmed pause after a service number is not advised.
If you have pulse-dialing service, be sure to include a pulse-to-tone mode change in front
of the numbers that you want to dial after the computer service answers.
