Calendario

Utilizzare Calendario per pianificare appuntamenti, riunioni e altri eventi. È possibile controllare gli appuntamenti in una delle viste disponibili (Agenda, Settimana e Mese).

Per aprire il Calendario, eseguire la procedura descritta di seguito.

Nella schermata principale, premere il tasto di programmazione Start e selezionare Organizer → Calendario. È possibile visualizzare gli elenchi di appuntamenti creati per il giorno attuale.

Creazione di un appuntamento

1.Premere il tasto di programmazione Menu e selezionare Nuovo appuntamento.

2.Compilare tutti i campi.

Nel campo Riservatezza, è possibile impostare un livello di sensibilità tale per cui Microsoft Exchange Server gestisce l'appuntamento.

3.Al termine, premere il tasto di programmazione OK.

Visualizzazione e modifica di un appuntamento

Nella schermata Calendario, è possibile visualizzare e modificare gli appuntamenti utilizzando viste differenti: Agenda, Settimana o Mese. Per impostazione predefinita, il calendario viene aperto in vista mese.
