Undgå at fjerne USB-kablet fra enheden, når du overfører filer. Hvis du gør dette, kan du miste data eller beskadige enheden.

Enhederne kan muligvis ikke forbindes korrekt, hvis de forbindes via en USB-hub. Slut enheden direkte til computerens USB-port.

Slut enheden til computeren med et USB-kabel.

Åbn informationspanelet, og tryk derefter på Overførsel af mediefiler via USB → Overførsel af mediefiler.

Hvis din computer ikke understøtter Media Transfer Protocol (MTP), skal du trykke på Overførsel af billeder.

Tryk på TILLAD for at give computeren adgang til dataene på enheden. Når computeren genkender enheden, vises enheden under Min pc.

4 Overfør filer mellem enheden og computeren.

Opdatere enheden

Enhedens software kan opdateres til den seneste udgave.

Trådløs opdatering

Enhedens software kan opdateres direkte ved hjælp af den trådløse FOTA-tjeneste (firmware over-the-air).

På skærmen apps trykkes på Indstillinger →Softwareopdatering →Download opdateringer manuelt.

Når du trykker på kontakten Download opdateringer automatisk for at aktivere det, vil opdateringer blive downloadet, når enheden er tilsluttet et Wi-Fi-netværk.
