•Pažljivo birajte brojeve i procjenjujte promet. Pozive upućujte kad niste u pokretu ili prije uključivanja u promet. Planirajte obavljanje poziva nakon zaustavljanja automobila.

•Ne upuštajte se u stresne ili emocionalne razgovore koji vam mogu odvratiti pažnju. Obavijestite osobu s kojom razgovarate da vozite i prekinite razgovore koji bi mogli odvratiti vašu pažnju s ceste.
