Beskyt dine personlige oplysninger, appdata og indstillinger på din enhed. Du kan sikkerhedskopiere følsomme oplysninger, og få adgang til dem senere. Du skal logge på din Google-konto eller Samsung account for at sikkerhedskopiere eller gendanne data. Se Samsung account og Konti for flere oplysninger.

På skærmen apps trykkes på Indstillinger →Sky og konti →Sikkerhedskop. og gendan →

Sikkerhedskopier mine data til din Samsung account, tryk på kontakterne ud for de elementer, der skal sikkerhedskopieres, for at aktivere dem, og tryk derefter på SIKKERHEDSKOPIER NU.

Data vil blive sikkerhedskopieret til Samsung Cloud. Gå til Samsung Cloud for at få flere oplysninger.

Hvis enheden skal sikkerhedskopiere data automatisk, skal du trykke på kontakten Automatisk sikkerhedskopiering for at aktivere det.

For at gendanne sikkerhedskopierede data fra Samsung Cloud med en Samsung account skal du trykke på Gendan. Vælg en enhed og de datatyper, du vil gendanne, og tryk på GENDAN NU. Dine valgte data vil blive gendannet på din enhed.

Bruge en Google-konto

På skærmen apps trykkes på Indstillinger →Sky og konti →Sikkerhedskop. og gendan, og derefter trykkes på kontakten Sikkerhedskopier mine data, for at Google-kontoen kan aktivere det. Tryk på Sikkerhedskopikonto, og vælg en konto som sikkerhedskopikonto.

For at gendanne data med en Google-konto skal du trykke på kontakten Gendan automatisk for at aktivere det. Når du geninstallerer apps, gendannes de sikkerhedskopierede indstillinger og data.

Foretage nulstilling af data

Slet alle indstillinger og data på enheden. Før du udfører en nulstilling til fabriksstandard, skal du sørge for at lave sikkerhedskopier af alle vigtige data, der er gemt på enheden. Gå til Sikkerhedskopiere og gendanne data for at få flere oplysninger.

På skærmen apps trykkes på Indstillinger →Generel administration →Nulstil →Nulstil til fabriksstandard →NULSTIL ENHED →SLET ALT. Enheden genstarter automatisk.
