Mät och spara din puls.

Pulsspåraren är endast till för fitness och information och är varken till för att användas för ställa diagnoser på sjukdomar eller andra tillstånd eller för att bota, lindra, behandla eller förebygga sjukdomar.

Tänk på följande innan du mäter pulsen:

•Vila i 5 minuter innan du mäter.

•Om det uppmätta värdet skiljer sig väsentligt från det förväntade bör du vila i 30 minuter innan du mäter igen.

•På vintern och i annan kall väderlek ska du se till att hålla dig varm när du mäter pulsen.

•Om du röker eller dricker alkohol innan du mäter pulsen kan detta påverka dina värden så att de avviker från det normala.

•Du bör inte prata, gäspa eller andas djupt medan du mäter pulsen. Om du gör detta kan mätningen bli felaktig.

•Pulsmätningen kan variera beroende på mätningsmetoden och miljön där mätningen sker.

•Om pulsmätaren inte fungerar ska du se till att ingenting hindrar sensorn. Om pulsmätaren fortfarande inte fungerar som den ska bör du gå till ett av Samsungs servicecenter.
