Širdies ritmas

Matuokite ir fiksuokite širdies ritmą.

Širdies ritmo sekimo valdiklis skirtas naudoti tik mankštos ir informaciniais tikslais ir nėra skirtas naudoti diagnozuojant ligą ar kitą būklę arba ligą gydant, švelninant jos simptomus ar atliekant jos prevenciją.

Prieš matuodami pulso dažnį, atkreipkite dėmesį į šias sąlygas:

•Prieš matavimą 5 minučių pabūkite ramiai.

•Jei rezultatai stipriai skiriasi nuo tikėtinos širdies susitraukimų dažnio vertės, pailsėkite 30 minučių ir pamatuokite dar kartą.

•Matuodami širdies susitraukimų dažnį žiemą ar esant šaltam orui nebūkite sušalęs.

•Dėl rūkymo ar alkoholio vartojimo prieš matavimą širdies susitraukimų dažnis gali skirtis nuo įprastinio dažnio.

•Širdies susitraukimų dažnio matavimo metu nekalbėkite, nežiovaukite, giliai nekvėpuokite. Tai darant širdies susitraukimų dažnis gali būti pamatuotas netiksliai.

•Širdies ritmo rodmenys gali skirtis, atsižvelgiant į matavimo metodą ir aplinką, kurioje jie išmatuoti.

•Jei širdies ritmo jutiklis neveikia, įsitikinkite, kad niekas netrukdo jutikliui. Jei širdies ritmo jutikliui kartojasi ta pati problema, apsilankykite„Samsung“ techninio aptarnavimo centre.
