Data som lagrats på enheten har förlorats

Säkerhetskopiera alltid alla viktiga data som är lagrade på enheten. Annars går det inte att återställa data som blivit skadade eller som förlorats. Samsung är inte ansvarigt för förlust av data som är lagrade på enheten.

Ett litet glapp visas runt utsidan av enhetens skal

•Det här glappet är en nödvändig tillverkningsfunktion och vissa mindre rörelser eller vibrationer i delar kan uppstå.

•Med tiden kan friktionen mellan delar leda till att det här glappet ökar något.

Det finns inte tillräckligt med utrymme i enhetslagringen

Ta bort onödiga data, t.ex. cache, med hjälp av smart manager eller ta bort oanvända appar eller filer manuellt för att frigöra lagringsutrymme.

Appknappen visas inte på hemskärmen

Du kan öppna appskärmen utan att använda appknappen genom att dra uppåt eller nedåt på hemskärmen. För att gå tillbaka till hemskärmen drar du uppåt eller nedåt på appskärmen. Starta appen Inställningar och tryck lätt på Display →Hemskärm →Knappen Appar →Visa knappen Appar →ANVÄND för att visa appknappen längst ner på hemskärmen.

Reglaget för skärmljusstyrka visas inte i aviseringspanelen

Öppna aviseringspanelen genom att dra statusfältet nedåt. Dra sedan aviseringspanelen nedåt. Tryck lätt på intill justeringsreglaget för ljusstyrka och tryck lätt på Visa kontrollen överst för att aktivera den.

Samsung Cloud fungerar inte

•Kontrollera att du är ansluten till ett nätverk.

•Du kan inte använda Samsung Cloud medan en servicekontroll för Samsung Cloud pågår. Försök igen senare.
