En la pantalla de inicio, toque Ejercicio →Carrera.

Toque y seleccione Entrenamiento.

Toque Entrenamiento para configurar el efecto de entrenamiento, la duración y el ritmo cardíaco máximo.

Los siguientes datos describen el nivel de Efecto de entrenamiento:

•Fácil: Permite mantener la salud general y mejorar la resistencia.

•Moderado: Permite mantener el nivel de entrenamiento básico y mejorar la resistencia cardiovascular.

•Mejorando: Permite mejorar el nivel de entrenamiento básico y la resistencia cardiovascular.

•Si configura un tiempo de ejercicio más corto que el designado para el efecto de entrenamiento, la intensidad del ejercicio aumentará para ajustarse al efecto de entrenamiento.

•Si percibe alguna anomalía en el cuerpo durante el uso de la función del entrenador, interrumpa el uso de la función.

Desplace el dedo rápidamente hacia abajo desde la parte superior de la pantalla para regresar a la pantalla de corrida.

Se completó la configuración.

Toque Iniciar.

Se iniciará la medición del ritmo cardíaco. Comience a correr una vez finalizada la medición. En la pantalla, podrá ver información, como las calorías quemadas y la velocidad.

5 Cuando termine de correr, toque la pantalla, y después toque Parar →Aceptar para dejar de controlar los datos sobre el ejercicio.
