Reconocimiento de huella dactilar

Para que funcione el reconocimiento de huellas dactilares, se debe registrar y almacenar la información de sus huellas dactilares en su dispositivo. Tras el registro, puede configurar el dispositivo para que utilice su huella dactilar para las siguientes funciones:

•Bloqueo de pantalla

•Inicio de sesión Web

•Verificar Samsung account

•Es posible que esta función no esté disponible según su región o su proveedor de servicios.

•El reconocimiento de huellas dactilares usa las características únicas de cada huella dactilar para mejorar la seguridad de su dispositivo. La posibilidad de que el sensor de huellas dactilares confunda dos huellas dactilares diferentes es muy baja. Sin embargo, en casos remotos donde las huellas dactilares sean muy similares, el sensor puede reconocerlas como idénticas.

Para que el dispositivo reconozca mejor sus huellas digitales

Al colocar las huellas digitales sobre el dispositivo, tenga en cuenta las siguientes condiciones que podrían afectar al rendimiento de la función:

•La botón Inicio contiene un sensor de reconocimiento de huellas dactilares. Asegúrese de no rayar o dañar la botón Inicio con objetos metálicos como monedas, llaves o colgantes.

•El dispositivo podría no reconocer huellas digitales afectadas por arrugas o cicatrices.

•Si dobla el dedo o usa la punta de un dedo, el dispositivo podría no reconocer sus huellas digitales. Asegúrese de cubrir la totalidad de la botón Inicio con el dedo.

•Para mejorar el reconocimiento, registre las huellas digitales de la mano que usa más a menudo para realizar tareas en el dispositivo.

•En ambientes secos se puede acumular electricidad estática en el dispositivo. Evite usar esta función en lugares secos o, antes de usar la función, descargue la electricidad estática tocando un objeto metálico.
