Windows-gjenopprettingsfunksjon

Hvis Samsung Recovery-appen ikke støttes, reinstallerer du Windows ved hjelp av Windows- gjenopprettingsfunksjonen.

Når du reinstallerer Windows, slettes alle apper og data på enheten. Sikkerhetskopier viktige apper og data til en ekstern lagringsenhet før du reinstallerer Windows.

Når Windows er reinstallert, kan du installere de nødvendige Samsung-appene. På oppgavelinjen trykker du på →Alle apper →Samsung →Samsung Update.

På oppgavelinjen trykker du på →Innstillinger →Oppdatering og sikkerhet → Gjenoppretting.

Trykk på Behold filene mine eller Fjern alt.

Ta ut batteriet

For å mykne opp limet som holder frontdekselet fast på hovedenheten, må enheten varmes opp til et kontrollert nivå i et temperaturkontrollert varmekammer som er tilpasset formålet.

Fest et sugekoppverktøy til den nedre delen av frontdekselet, og hold godt i enheten samtidig som du drar frontdekselet bort fra bunnen og oppover.

Løsne og fjern skruene fra festepunktene, og fjern chassiset.

Koble fra kontaktene.

Løsne og fjern skruene fra batteriet, og ta ut batteriet.
