Auto defrosting table

Follow the instructions below when defrosting different types of food.

CATEGORY	PROCEDURE	STANDARD

Roast Beef, Pork	Start with the food placed fat side down. After each
	stage, turn the food over and shield any warm portions	2.5 - 6.0 lbs.

	30 - 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
Chicken Pieces	After each stage, rearrange or remove any pieces of
	food that are nearly defrosted. Let stand for 10 - 20	0.5 - 3.0 lbs.

Bread	Arrange the rolls in a circle on kitchen paper in the
	middle of the turntable.	0.1 - 2.0 lbs.
	Turn over halfway through the defrosting time.

Using the Auto Reheat button

The Auto Reheat button provides three preset reheating categories.

Example: Reheating 3 servings of casserole.

1.Press the Auto Reheat button twice.

2.Use the number buttons to enter the quantity/servings.

3.Press the START button.

4.When the cook time is over, four beeps will sound and End is displayed.
