•Brug af funktionen ScheduleSchedule (Plan)

Med funktionen Schedule kan du administrere dine projektorer mere effektivt. Hvis du vælger List>Schedule vises følgende vindue.

Skærmbilledet har fire knapper:

•New : Opretter en projektor, du kan lave en Schedule for.

•Delete : Sletter planen for en valgt projektor.

•Delete All: Sletter planen for alle projektorerne.

•Edit: Redigerer planen for en valgt projektor.

•Registrering af en New Schedule (Ny plan) Følg følgende trin for at registrere en ny plan:

1. Tryk på knappen New. Skærmbilledet New Schedule Schedule vises.

2.Vælg de projektorer, der skal anvende den nye plan, fra feltet Select Projectors. Når du vælger en projektor, vises et mærke i afkrydsningsfeltet til venstre for den.

3.Indstil Title, Repeat, Time, og Work, for den nye plan, og indtast en Description for planen. Forklaringer for hvert af udtryk er herunder:

-Title: Indstiller navnet på en plan

-Repeat: Indstiller planens gentagelse (Once- udføres kun én gang, Every - angiver en gentagelsesdag)

-Time : Bestemmer det tidspunkt, hvor en plan udføres

-Work : Indstiller Source switch eller Power On/Off

-Description: Viser en detaljeret beskrivelse af en plan

4.Tryk på ADD(TILFØJ), når du har indtastet alle informationerne.

Du kan vise en plans registreringshistorik. Du kan også vise en plans status. Statuskoderne er herunder: -Complete: Plan udført.

-Waiting: Planen venter stadig på udførelse.

-Running: Den gentagende plan kører.
