•Bruke Schedule-funksjonen

Med Schedule-funksjonen kan du styre projektorene dine mer effektivt. Hvis du velger List>Schedule, vises følgende vindu.

Skjermen har fire knapper:

•New : Gjør at en projektor lager en Schedule for.

•Delete : Sletter tidsplanen for en valgt projektor.

•Delete All: Sletter tidsplanen for alle projektorene.

•Edit: Redigerer tidsplanen for en valgt projektor.

•Registere en New Schedule

Hvis du vil registrere en ny tidsplan, følger du disse trinnene: 1. Trykk på New-knappen. New Schedule-vinduet vises.

2.Velg projektorene som den nye tidsplanen skal brukes på, fra feltet Select Projectors. Når du velger en projektor, vises et hakemerke i avmerkingsboksen til venstre for den.

3.Angi den nye tidsplanens Title, Repeat, Time og Work, og angi en Description for tidsplanen. Forklaringer for hver av disse betegnelsene ser du nedenfor.

-Title: Angir navnet på en tidsplan

-Repeat: Angir tidsplanens gjentakelse (Once - Utfør bare én gang, Every - Spesifiserer en gjentakelsesdato)

-Time: Bestemmer klokkeslettet for når en tidsplan skal utføres

-Work : Angir Source switch eller Power On/Off

-Description: Viser en detaljert beskrivelse av en tidsplan

4.Etter at du har angitt all informasjonen trykker du ADD.

Du kan se registreringshistorikken for en tidsplan. Du kan også se statusen for en tidsplan. Statuskodene er nedenfor: -Complete: Tidsplanen er fullført.

-Waiting: Tidsplanen venter fortsatt på utføring.

-Running: Gjentakende tidsplan kjører.
