Freezing Food

1 Store food in small quantities or as individual servings, so that you can defrost as much or as little as you like.
2Do not refreeze food that has already been frozen and then
defrosted.
3Put the food to be frozen in containers with lids or in airtight plastic freezer bags, removing any excess air in the bags.
4 Respect the maximum storage times indicated on
5 Do not place food on top of the evaporation slots.
