The SVR-1630 is pre-equipped with IEEE-1394 port. Therefore, if long-term archiving is required, storage capacity is easily expandable up to 4TB using optional HDD-Bay (SVR-1630S).
For convenience, the unit adopts FAT32, one of the major Windows formats. Thus, it is possible to playback recorded images from external HDDs through any Windows based PCs.
