When a Digital Audio System is conn ected to the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) j ack, decrease the volume of both the
LED display and the system.

5.1 CH (channel) audio is available when the LED disp lay is connected to an external dev ice supporting 5.1 CH.

When the receiver (home theatre) is se t to on, you can hear sound output from th e TVâs optical jack. When the TV i s
receiving a DTV signal, the TV w ill send 5.1 CH sound to the home theatre receiver. When the so urce is a digital component
such as a DVD / Blu-ray player / cable box / STB (Set-Top-Box) satellite rece iver and is connected to the TV vi a HDMI, only
2 CH audio will be heard from the home the atre receiver. If you want to hear 5.1 CH audio, connect the digit al audio out jack
from your DVD / Blu-ray player / cable box / STB satel lite receiver directly to an ampl ifier or home theatre.

Headphones
H: You can connect your headphones to the head phones output on your set. While th e headphones are
connected, the sound from the built-in sp eakers will be disabled.

Sound function may be restricted wh en connecting headphone s to the LED display.

Headphone volume and LED display vol ume are adjusted separately.
Using an HDMI cable or an HDMI to DVI cable or a D-sub cable
